Ginger Pork (Shogayaki)

Ginger Pork!
Very simple recipe, right?
Pork, ginger, scallion, a little bit of seasonings --} Ginger Pork!
But I want something different, maybe more punch on the taste. So, hit the Google and eventually found this website :
Waahhh more choice of recipes, but I still stick to the plan to cook Ginger Pork. 
And this Justonecookbook give me just the perfect Ginger Pork recipe :-)

Now, let's cook!

Ingredients :
~Pork belly thinly sliced(serving for 2 person)
~ Salt
~Black Pepper
~ 1 tbsp oil
~ 1 scallion finely chopped

Seasonings/Sauce:
~3 shallots chopped
~ 1 cloves garlic minced 
~ 1 inch ginger grated
~2 Tbsp. soy sauce
~2 Tbsp. rice wine
~2 Tbsp. whisky 

Instructions
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
2. For the sauce , mix all the seasonings in a bowl.
3. In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil and cook the meat until both side is golden brown. If you cook a large quantity of meat, cook in batches so the meat cooked evenly.
4. When the meat is cooked through, add the sauce and scallion. Serve immediately with warm rice.
yuummmm mmmmmm...the best Ginger Pork I.....we ever tasted!

Tomato Basil chicken

Hi!
I came across this recipe (Tomato Basil Chicken) while browsing a food blog. 
It looks 
So we decided to cook our version with our freshly organically grown basil from our little garden. Ingredients and instructions:
> Chopped: 2 shallot and 2-3 cloves garlic
> 4 Chicken wing chopped and  marinated with salt and black pepper.
 > Diced : 4 fresh tomatoes, approximately 1 cup
 half cup of fresh basil
  >3 spoons of olive oil. Brown garlic and onion with medium heat
>Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
 >Finally, add basil and....we are done! ^^
>Best enjoyed with steam rice or spaghetti.
